How we calculate

Your numbers, a realistic estimate.

The calculator starts from two things you enter: your average order value and the number of orders per month that currently go through aggregators. We multiply those to get your monthly turnover on those channels.

Aggregator commission varies from contract to contract and typically sits in the ~20-30%+ range. That is why we calculate a band, not a single fixed percentage, the lower bound is a cautious estimate, the upper bound more realistic for most venues. The exact Wolt and Glovo rates are confidential by contract, so we do not quote them.

The result is indicative: it shows the order of magnitude of your annual loss and how much would stay with you on an Ordexa flat price of 39, 89 or 149 euros per month. It is not an invoice or a promise, a tool that turns commission into a number you feel at year’s end.

Commission and savings, owner questions.

Because the real rate depends on your contract, venue category, package and whether you use their delivery. The exact rates are confidential under aggregator contracts. A ~20-30%+ range gives you an honest order of magnitude without false precision, treat the lower bound as a minimum and the upper as more realistic for most.
No. Aggregators are great for last-mile delivery and new guests who do not know you yet, keep them. Ordexa adds your own commission-free channel for guests who already order from you: move regulars, phone and in-person orders to your own site and app. The saving comes from shifting that share of turnover, not from dropping aggregators.
The monthly subscription (39 / 89 / 149 euros, depending on the package) covers your own branded ordering website and app, a POS terminal, a QR menu and Wolt and Glovo integration. A one-time onboarding (199-399 euros) covers menu setup, branding and training. An optional 1-2% may apply only to direct orders, and that is far below aggregator commission.
The estimate is conservative and indicative, it uses your own numbers and a cautious commission range, so it tends to understate rather than overstate.
