Through an aggregator the guest is not yours, they belong to the platform. You do not know who they are, you cannot notify them about a new menu or reward them for loyalty. Your own app changes that: push notifications, order history and loyalty work directly for you, with no middleman and no cut of every sale.

The app is part of the Ordexa subscription that starts at 39 EUR per month, with a one-time setup of 199-399 EUR. There is no per-order commission, optionally just a symbolic 1-2% on direct orders can be agreed, far below the 20-30%+ of aggregators.
